• What is an ISO certification?
  A certification received by the Accredited Certification Bodies (CB) after passing a board review.
• How is an ISO certification obtained?
  It is obtained by passing the assessment of a certification board. The certification board addresses the organizations sites, functions, services, products and more. Additionally, the board gathers “action requests” and “non-compliance” issues that the organization must meet to receive an ISO certification.
• Does the certification have to be renewed?
  Yes. An ISO certification must be renewed when the certification board recommends. Most ISO certification renewals are three years.
